- The revamped multifunctional shoe from Lowa, the Strato Evo LL Lo, is designed for walks on well-maintained hiking paths. Its leather upper has an intricate design and renders protection.
- Developed exclusively by Lowa, the DynaPU midsole assists hikers on bumpy grounds. It keeps the foot cushioned and comfy.
- In direct contact with the ground is the brand’s grippy outsole, the Hybrid Trac. Its characteristics grant security on a variety of surfaces.
Catering to both men and women, the Lowa Strato Evo LL Lo comes in standard width and regular sizes. Their differentiated lacing system allows the user to customize the fit as desired. The women’s version, aside from being shaped on a special last, comes with an additional eyelet at the bottom (near the toes) to create a tighter, snugger fit. This hiking shoe generally runs true to size.
The Lowa-exclusive outsole, the Hybrid Trac, secures the user’s foothold on most types of terrain. Its angled lugs do not allow muck build-up for increased grip. Its toe and heel area features a unique tread design which aids hikers on their uphill and downhill adventures.
Featuring the brand’s DynaPU midsole, this low-cut day hiking shoe yields optimal cushioning and rebound. So to deliver a supportive stride, Lowa added a soft half-length nylon stabilizer underfoot and a support frame visible on the sides of the shoe. Additionally, an All Terrain Classic (ATC ) Climate Control footbed enhances comfort.
Primarily made of nubuck leather, the Strato Evo LL Lo protects the foot from the harsh outdoors. Its soft leather lining has the ability to absorb moisture which helps maintain a an optimal in-shoe temperature.
Both men’s and women’s versions have a padded cuff and tongue for comfort. However, their lacing hardware differs from one another. The women’s uses a combination of webbing and metal eyelets (topmost part) while men’s has metal eyelets all throughout. Overlays are also laid out differently as well as the brand’s logo placement (at the heel of the men’s version while at the quarter panel of the women’s version).
