  • The Icebug Pytho4 BUGrip is a reliable trail running shoe with modern design and top-notch running performance. It has a low-drop construction with mid-level cushioning for a satisfying ground control.
  • The shoe features a lightweight and breathable upper which is also water-resistant. It absorbs a small amount of water while running on wet running condition and the mesh lining offers a quick-drying coverage.
  • In the midsole of the Pytho4 BUGrip is the compression-molded EVA with TPU stabilizer. It offers reliable cushioning for long-distance runs. The TPU stabilizer offers runners a stable platform for a more satisfying running experience.
  • The Icebug Pytho4 BUGrip also makes use of a BUGrip outsole with 17 carbide tip studs which are configured to deliver reliable traction on various trail surfaces.

The Icebug Pytho4 BUGrip is available in standard running shoe length. It has a medium last to comfortably accommodate medium foot shapes. Icebug offers the shoe in standard D-Medium width for men’s and B-Medium width for women’s.

The shoe uses the BUGrip outsole which is made of a rubber material. It extends from the heel to the forefoot, giving high-wear areas a proficient level of protection and durability. It also gives added grip on different trail surfaces.

Along with the rubber material is the 17 carbide tip studs strategically distributed in the outsole. On the forefoot are eleven studs, one on the arch, and five on the heel. These durable carbide studs offer maximum traction even on icy and snowy running surfaces.

The Icebug Pytho4 BUGrip has a moderate level of cushioning. It uses a compression-molded EVA foam for lightweight cushioning. The EVA is responsive and protective enough for long-distance runs. It also has a low profile for great ground control.

Together with the moulded EVA is the TPU stabilizer which gives a certain level of stability. The midsole offers torsional rigidity and a good amount of support whenever necessary.

The shoe also has a removable EVA sock liner with mesh lining for added comfort and enhanced fit.

The upper of the Icebug Pytho4 BUGrip delivers breathable coverage while preventing the water from entering the shoe. Since it has a water-repellent element, it absorbs a minimal amount of water and if it did, it also dries up quickly.

The TPU molded laminated mudguard prevents the mud and dirt from entering shoe. The durable and protective toebox also guards the toes against sharp trail objects.
