This cushioning technology is supplemented by the lightweight Solyte foam that intends to deliver a responsive feel.
Stability is another key component of the 12th Asics Gel Challenger version, which is demonstrated by the midfoot Trusstic shank. This feature is responsible for minimizing unwanted foot rotation during quick court movements.
The top of the shoe is integrated with a Flexion Fit technology to allow the foot to flex with ease. The bottom part is made with an abrasion-resistant AHAR outsole.
Material. The abrasion-resistant property of the outsole extends the life of the shoe. Explicitly, it is arranged with the AHAR (Asics High Abrasion Rubber) that is deposited in high-wear zones. Such a unit is durable enough to withstand the uncompromising demands of multi-court surfaces.

This shank is made of a resin that suppresses inward rolling of the foot, thus offering stability during speedy directional changes and lateral cuts.
Cushioning. As its name suggests, this shoe features the most famous innovation by Asics, the Gel technology. These silicone-made Gel units are explicitly placed at the front and back segments of the midsole, encapsulated in a polyurethane material. Distinctively, the gel pads diminish shock during heel-to-forefoot strikes and toe-offs.
